He met with the physiotherapist who suggested Kolonzo will need about another two weeks of treatment before he can be discharged. Our brave young man Kolonzo

Today is a very important day for Kolonzo. He and his brother Wambua were rescued by Footprints a couple of years ago. Kolonzo has been suffering from Genu Valgum (knock knees) This causes the knees to bang together when walking. You can see the effect it is having on him in the video below. ​Kolonzo joined Footprints

Kolonzo joined Footprints in November 2018.  What a difference a few months can make.  In June 2019 Kolonzo moved to Stephan Kanja School in the local village, Majaimboni.  He is progressing nicely, even though he finds it difficult. He is beginning to speak English with more confidence.  Look at the smile on his face now.
