This privacy policy aims to give you information on how the Footprints Family collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide through this website when you sign up to our newsletter or take part in a competition or sign up to donate.

When you visit https://www.footprintsfamily.com we use a third party service, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. It anonymously tracks visitors to our website to provide information about our users browsing actions and patterns so that we can improve our site. Our website uses cookies to gather statistics such as details of your operating system, browser version, domain name and internet protocol (IP) address, pages you have visited and the details of the site that linked you to our website. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it. For example, we may ask you if we can add your details to our database so that we can provide you with information about us by email. We will only contact you with this information if you say that we can do so. You can tell us at any time that you no longer want to receive information from us by email or by following the “unsubscribe” instructions contained in any communication you receive from us.

E-newsletter

We use a third party provider MailChimp, a registered trademark of The Rocket Science Group LLC, to deliver our e-newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Whenever we send you an email it will contain a link to allow you to “unsubscribe” from future communications. Hosting

We pay rent for hosting space from WADAEC on its dedicated server. This is managed by WADAEC through EUKHost Ltd. WADAEC do not collect information about users’ activity on the website

People who contact us via social media

We use the Facebook, Twitter and Instagram platforms for our social media interactions.

People who email us

We do not encrypt or protect email traffic.
